• Registration Information:  GyPSii collects personal information which you knowingly choose to submit to us during registration and while thereafter using the GyPSii Service, such as your name, screen name, email address, telephone numbers and age, to authenticate your identity, send notifications to you and other Users relating to the GyPSii Service, to manage User accounts and to facilitate our compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.  
• Profile Information:  GyPSii also collects user profile data, including but not limited to personal interests and search criteria, gender, education, occupation, and physical location coordinates in order to assist Users in locating and communicating with each other and identifying common interests among Users.  User profile information, including Users’ pictures and display names, are displayed in order to facilitate interaction through the GyPSii social networking community.  Email addresses are used when existing Users invite others to join the GyPSii Service, and to send notifications, updates, and newsletters related to the GyPSii Service.
• User-Provided Content:  You post User Content on the GyPSii Service at your own risk.  Although we offer privacy setting options to limit access to your personal information and other content you provide, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable.  We cannot control the actions of other Users with whom you choose to share your personal information or other content.  Accordingly, there is a risk that your personal information or content may be viewed by unauthorized persons or disclosed publicly by such unauthorized persons or other Users of the GyPSii Service.  Even if you and/or GyPSii removes your personal information or other content from the GyPSii Service,  copies may remain viewable in cached or archived locations, including such copies made or stored by other Users on their own computers.  GyPSii is not responsible for any unauthorized use or disclosure of personal information or other content you submit to the GyPSii Service, and disclaims all liability to you or any third party arising from such use or disclosure.
• Non-Personally Identifiable Information:  GyPSii also collects information, such as physical location, IP address, aggregate user data, and equipment/software configuration from Users, which, when not associated with a name, address, phone number or email address, is non-personally identifiable information.  This information is used to manage and improve and track usage of the GyPSii Service.  GyPSii may share non-personally identifiable information with third-parties pursuant to providing more relevant content, services and advertisements to Users.  User IP addresses are recorded for security and monitoring purposes.

• Third-Party Data:  GyPSii may also supplement Users’ profile information with other consumer data, such as ZIP codes, demographic data, and other publicly available information obtained from third parties.  GyPSii uses this information to develop, administer and deliver our products and services and to permit third parties to deliver their products and services.

• Third-Party Vendors:  Some GyPSii products and services may be offered to Users in conjunction with affiliates or third-party vendors.  To provide these products and services, GyPSii may share Users’ e-mail addresses and mobile telephone numbers and aggregated non-personally identifiable information with select third-party affiliates or vendors.  These third-party affiliates or vendors may collect and maintain your personal information, but GyPSii does not permit them to use or disclose such information obtained from GyPSii for any commercial or marketing purposes other than to offer GyPSii-approved products or services to Users and to administer and improve such partnership programs between GyPSii and such third party affiliates and vendors.  
• Third-Party Advertisers:  GyPSii may generate aggregate profiles from information provided by you during registration, online surveys, promotions, or other means.  We may use this aggregated and non-personally identifying information, together with information on each User’s physical location, to display advertisements that appear on Users’ mobile devices.  GyPSii may also share such non-personally identifiable profile information with advertisers and other third parties in order to present Users with more targeted advertising, products, and services.  Advertisements that appear on the GyPSii Service may be delivered to Users by GyPSii or by the third party advertisers through network advertising services.  Third party advertisers that deliver advertisements directly to Users automatically receive the IP address associated with your computer or mobile device.  These third party advertisers may also download cookies to your computer, or use other technologies such as Java Script and "web beacons" to measure the effectiveness of their ads and to tailor advertising content.  GyPSii does not have access to or control of the cookies that may be placed on your computer or mobile device by third party advertisers.  This Privacy Policy covers the use of cookies by GyPSii and does not cover the use of cookies or other tracking technologies by advertisers.
